Students should be prepared to submit a polished resume and cover letter, and potentially a writing sample.

Having a successful HR interview depends greatly on the quality of responses to behavioral interview questions. Crafting rough draft answers to potential interview questions is important so that you accurately convey your past experiences to your interviewer. Be sure to know the strengths and weaknesses of the company and have a list of questions to ask at the end of the interview.
