Citing and Managing Sources

Introducing Endnote

EndNote™ online is free reference management software with features to keep all your references and reference-related materials in a searchable personal library. EndNote is a product of Clarivate which also offers Web of Science (and can link to it).  You can register via Web of Science or directly.

Note: You can pay for the desktop version (Windows, Mac), but the online version works well for almost all users.

EndNote can add references from the Hesburgh Libraries catalog.  EndNote can use your references in word-processing documents by embedding formatted in-text citations and reference lists or by creating independent reference lists. You can also share Endnote references (and folders) with collaborators.
