Discover maps by searching the library catalog. Include your theme as a keyword in your search. Add "map" to your search, as well, or limit search results to maps under "Resource Type" on the left side.
Many atlases contain thematic maps. Atlases are located in Hesburgh Library. Discover atlases by adding "atlas" as a keyword in your search of the library catalog.

North American Environmental Atlas
Includes many different maps with various environmental themes.
U.S. Census Bureau Maps & Data
View the web mapping application and collection of thematic maps from the U.S. Census Bureau.

View and download maps and satellite imagery from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

A web-based mapping, analytics, and data visualization application with thousands of data variables, including: demographic data (population, age, race, income, employment, education, language, ancestry, housing, etc.) from the US Census and the American Community Survey, consumer spending data from the Consumer Expenditure Survey, D&B business points-of-interest business data, and marketing data from MRI-SimmonsLOCAL with information on over 8,000 brands and 450 categories.
