What is Artstor?

Artstor's digital library features a million images in the areas of art, architecture, humanities and other cultural heritages from some of the world's leading institutes, museums, photo archives and more.

Accessing Artstor

Access Artstor through the Hesburgh Libraries Databases.

Creating an Account

In Artstor, click on the REGISTER link. Create an account using your Notre Dame email address and password. LOGIN normally thereafter. Remote access (i.e. from home) expires after 120 days. At that time, you must re-set the 120-day countdown by logging in on campus.
