Ordering Reproductions of Materials

  1. Find material through the Library Catalog (Rare Books & Special Collections) or ArchivesSpace (University Archives).

  2. In the item’s record, click “Reading Room or Digitization Request” (Hesburgh Libraries catalog) or “Aeon Request” (ArchivesSpace). The item’s information will automatically populate in the Aeon request form.

Note: In the library catalog, the request link is in the individual item record, below the “Request” subheading. In ArchivesSpace, the link appears in the top right hand corner of the page at the item level. Users may need to drill down through the collection organization tree to get to the item level.
