Netflix Customer Data

Performance metrics for company services such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) are generally are either calculated based off of publicly reported information from the company, or estimated based off of available data and assumptions for missing variables. In the case of Netflix, much of the data needed for a CLV calculation are usually derived from their quarterly performance reports where they report things like subscriber numbers and other relevant performance indicators. Some data may also come from their more comprehensive annual 10-Ks. The resources outlined below will direct you to sources for this data. Note that it is generally packaged in a more narrative form, and you may have to extract some of the data from a report more manually.
