Below are databases that can help you find tidbits about a company's strategy.
Provides free access to company filings of public companies traded on a U.S. stock exchange.
Look at the Business Summary or Risk sections of the 10-K report.
Analysts' reports are often a great source for information about strategic initiatives within public firms.
After searching for a company, look under the News, Events & Filings category on the left side of the page, and click on Transcripts.
Try a search for strateg* and wc>500 and atleast10 company name
(e.g., strateg* and wc>500 and atleast10 netflix)
Adjust the search with different word counts (wc>n) or mentions of the company name (atleastn) to expand or restrict results.
Tegus
Students are eligible for temporary, complimentary access to Tegus, a platform hosting insider insights from various companies and industries. Undergraduate students are eligible for 1 year of access. There is a possibility of extending each year if part of an investment club or student business school organization.
