Provides free access to company filings of public companies traded on a U.S. stock exchange. 
Look at the Business Summary or Risk sections of the 10-K report.

Analysts' reports are often a great source for information about strategic initiatives within public firms.

After searching for a company, look under the News, Events & Filings category on the left side of the page, and click on Transcripts.
