Catholic aid organization founded in 1947 to help war refugees. Since 1999, has published biennially the Religious Freedom in the World Report tracking violations of freedom of religion or belief based on intolerance, persecution, discrimination, or genocide. Reports provide data at a global, regional, or country level.
An open-access research tool that includes volumes of data, case summaries, and searchable PDFs of 244 (and counting) Supreme Court rulings from 1815 through the present day. Researchers and students can now use this tool to easily search, sort, download, read, and otherwise study the Supreme Court’s religion jurisprudence. On the analysis tab, can limit cases to Issues (e.g. First Amendment, and sub-issue establishment of religion (other than as pertains to parochial)) or Legal Provisions (e.g. Constitution, sub-issue First Amendment (free exercise of religion) or Federal Statute, sub-issue Religious Freedom Restoration).
