Other Campus Space Resources

Coleman-Morse Center

"We are currently only accepting inter-departmental room reservations for the fall semester."

Duncan Student Center

"Event space requests not specific to students, residence halls, and student groups should be made through Venue ND."

Geddes Hall

As this building houses the Center for Social Concerns, it may be a particularly appropriate venue for certain types of community-based qualitative research activities.

LaFortune Student Center

"LaFortune Student Center has limited space. As such, the only groups eligible to reserve meeting rooms are recognized student groups and campus departments. These entities may only reserve meeting rooms for their own needs."

McCourtney Hall

Meeting rooms and event spaces are available for faculty/staff request. This building is close to visitor parking, and may be a convenient location for activities involving individuals not affiliated with Notre Dame.

Registrar Classroom Requests

"When not in use for classes, all Registrar Rooms are available at no-charge for course-related work, departmental meetings, and university events."

VenueND

"VenueND is a centralized sales, reservation, hotel room and event services team. We oversee meetings, conferences, hotel rooms and events on the campus of the University of Notre Dame."
